Doylene Knapper, RN, Owner

Doylene "DeeDee" Knapper, a registered nurse and advocate for noninvasive aesthetic care, is the owner of Radianté Spa Nashville, a female-owned medical spa in Nashville, TN. Raised on a Robertson County farm as the eldest of five siblings and numerous foster children, she credits her upbringing for instilling a strong work ethic and commitment to the community. DeeDee, married for 18 years to Charles Knapper, balances a bustling family life with six children, 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a chocolate lab. Her mission centers on empowering clients through safe, affordable alternatives to surgeries and injectables, emphasizing natural rejuvenation and body confidence.

Tammy Higgins, LPN

Tammy Higgins has been a nurse for 25 years and loves getting to know people and making friends along the way. She is super excited to be a part of the Radianté Spa Nashville team. As a nurse, Tammy enjoys helping people look and feel their best.

Dr. Morgan Kensington

Dr. Morgan Kensington completed her residency in internal medicine and primary care at Wright State University. After experiencing a prolonged illness and multiple misdiagnosed hormone imbalances, she discovered the benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, which led to a significant improvement in her health. This transformation sparked a deep interest in the field and a commitment to furthering her knowledge.

In 2005, Dr. Kensington opened her practice and became a leading pellet hormone replacement therapy physician in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her dogs — Jack, Maggie, and Rue — and tackling home improvement projects.
